Returns & Exchanges

  • We are sorry to inform you that we will not be taking any returns due to the prevailing pandemic.

  • Please feel free to contact us regarding any inquiries at thehoundclothing@gmail.com 

  • Exchanges can be arranged on items that are unworn, unaltered and in new condition with all tags attached.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days from the date your package arrives to us for your exchange to be processed.

  • If a product is defective or incorrect, we will be happy to provide a return shipping label.

  • If you wish to exchange items to a different size, we will be happy to process the exchange, so long as the new item is in stock.

  • Customers will need to ship the exchange back to us to process any exchanges.

  • Once we receive the product, the exchange will be sent free of charge back out to the customer.


How to Exchange Clothing

To process any exchanges please follow these instructions:

  • 2. Fill in necessary details along with a medium to contact

  • 3. State the reason for the exchange

Once all necessary details have been submitted, please wait patiently for our team will get back to you within the next 24 to 48 working hours regarding the exchange.
